My son has been part of one of the Greater London Elite Squads (recently renamed Middlesex Schools) for the last year. He has also been in Surrey, London Schools and Kent district programmes over the last 4 years. I have have been very impressed by genuine passion and high quality of coaching at Elite. The fixtures list for 2022 looks really exciting. My son loves it. Great experience.

Would recommend for any parents looking for their kids to improve cricketing skills and play competitive cricket.... Prashanth is very sportive and very demanding too to kids to get the desired results and so are the supporting staff. Frequent feedbacks on the positives and negatives about the players and motivates them to gear up to higher levels 👍

ECPA hosts these sessions in Nishkam school, which is quite a journey but it was well worth it. The coaches didn't follow one method for ALL, in fact they worked on each individual, assessed their strenghts & weaknesses and continually worked to build & develop on those. They followed SOPs very well, and weekly follow up zoom session that kept parents in the loop along with children. Thanks to Prashant, Harv, Prince and the team for the exceptional coaching sessions. I would highly recommend...

My son has a fantastic time at each and every single ECPA coaching session. The coaches are a great and highly-skilled bunch. The sessions are always player-centric, and seem to get the kids thinking about their game in the right away, whilst having plenty of fun along the way. My son's cricket skills have developed immensely since joining ECPA - not just his personal skills, but also his ability to be effective in a team environment and complement his teammates. Keep up the great work ECPA!

My son aged 10 has recently joined ECPA post recommendation from his coach. We have done just couple of sessions and what stands out to me is the professionalism, the unique coaching style, coaches to kids ratio, the ever friendly (smiling) coaches and the high standards (discipline) expected out of the kids...Most of the kids play or aspire to play cricket at the highest level so the environment is very competitive and the same time - they encourage & support each other really well.
