I went to see Jeff for some Tapping Therapy. I am undertaking some treatment which can make me feel ill, scared, anxious and I needed some tools to control my emotions. The Tapping Therapy enables me to immediately release the emotions as I am feeling them, rather than storing internally which is not good for the body.
