Elite Boxing

Starting at Elite was the best decision I made. I started doing the ladies classes in May 2022 and have never looked back. Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches and the fellow gym goers. It’s just an all round fun, but hard working environment. You get the results you want at this gym but you make new friends along the way too. Every class is fun and different, even when they’re hard!

Went along to the ladies class for the first time yesterday. lovely group of ladies and the coaches were great .. adapted some of the movements to cater for my knee injury and I still burned loads of calories. my aching body today tells me it was a good workout! See you again soon Damo & co 🥊

Have been going here for a month now and it's been a fantastic experience. The training has been at the perfect level of pushing me just outside of my comfort zone, without going too far, whilst keeping it fun and engaging. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to get started or wants to sharpen their skills.

My friend and I started going to the ladies evening classes at the end of June this year. Wish I joined sooner instead of going to a PT. Great gym and great experienced coaches. Such a friendly atmosphere too. No class is the same and Liam keeps you on your toes! Whilst the classes are hard, and push me to my limit, I always feel amazing and accomplished afterwards. I can't thank you enough Elite boxing for getting me back on track with my fitness journey.

I have been in many gyms but what Elite has to offer incomparable. Regardless, you’re unfit or fit, elder or younger or might have any difficulties they’re accepting you with open arms and warm welcome and consistent support. You get to part of small but very unique community. Coaches are world class level, always fun and having a good laugh meanwhile you get to learn from the best!
