  • Adam always puts 100% into making sure my training stays relevant and that it develops to my needs. I started training with him after I had double hip replacements aged 35 and now through surgery on my foot. He has always been attentive to my injuries and is creative at finding awesome stuff for me to do to work both on and around my injuries. I depend on our sessions to stay fit despite my challenges. He’s very motivating and encouraging, and over the past couple months I have lost a lot of weight, and he continues to alter my regime in order for me to maximise the time in sessions.
