Elitas Fitness - Chichester Gym

I've been coming to Elitas for a year now. Previously intimidated by gyms and gym bros, this gym and the welcoming atmosphere it brings has completely changed that. I've worked with David on personal training for several months and I'm in the best shape of my life. Super knowledgable, relatable and always interesting conversation. The only gym that I've ever looked forward to walking through the front door.

I always hated gyms until I was recommended to see Ben at Elitas. He is a personal trainer with excellent knowledge in helping me with all my health issues. He is kind, thoughtful and I trust him not to push me too far. The gym and showers are always clean, nearly always empty so no queuing for equipment. I have recommended friends. No one watches you, they’re doing their own training! This is very different to other Gyms and worth a visit or an assessment if you’re considering a gym.

Brilliant all round - truly wonderful staff, gym and atmosphere. Highly recommend personal training sessions with Ben. I first came to Elitas back in 2013, then left for uni. When I returned last year I went right back, and he helped me to continue managing a tricky soft tissue condition and brought back so much quality of life.

I’ve been going to Elitas Fitness since 2015 and I can’t rate it highly enough. Ben and David have created an environment where you feel both challenged to work hard and supported to achieve your best with personalised advice. The gym is extremely well equipped and always feels like a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

When we relocated from London at the beginning of 2021 I was resigned to joining a rubbish gym, similar to those I had found while staying with family and friends in other provincial towns.
