Before I met Nicola I struggled with low energy levels due to an autoimmune disorder, with little idea of how to improve. I won a session with Nicola in a raffle and am so glad I did. I have completed 2 challenges with Nicola and I can highly recommend her services. My personal exercise plan was perfect for me and I thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday night class on zoom. The mindful classes were an added bonus. Nicola is lovely and friendly plus extremely supportive.

Nicola runs a personal training business with a difference. She looks at your whole situation and takes into account what you can realistically fit into your daily life. So whilst you are rising to the challenges set, you are not left feeling as though you are failing at the first hurdle. I was having difficulty with my weight and activity levels. I would lose a few pounds and then gain them back again. I decided to sign up for Nicola's 6 week challenge as a way to try and get myself on track. I am so pleased that I did. I have managed to lose and most importantly keep off 8lbs!
