Ellie has been training me for over a year now she is fantastic. She knows when to push you and when not to. She also has a really broad set of qualifications so you get all round advice from nutrition to exercise programming. She is 100% reliable with a good level of flexibility and is able to adapt anything so you can train as hard as needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I have known Ellie for approximately six years and have trained with her privately ever since. She creates workouts to follow at home which support me mentally and physically. I am currently focusing on strength, flexibility and mobility to support me through peri menopause and onwards. Ellie also discusses food and nutrition but is excellent in supporting achievable goals and recognises the value in a decent glass of red wine and dark chocolate. Xx 😘

Ellie is an excellent PT, her energy and enthusiasm for fitness and health is infectious. I lift weights I never thought I could and I love that Ellie has and is making me strong and fit. I never regret a session and I always feel happier, stronger and healthier. Highly recommend.

Ellie has been my coach for almost 3 years now. She is very knowledgable, friendly, approachable, helpful, fun and reliable coach/PT. I really enjoy her workouts and she always make sure we are working out with a correct form. I have a smashing form thank you to Ellie and always look forward to her classes.
