I did my DofE skills here and I'm very glad I did, my assessor was very nice and really helped me learn excellent cooking skills. The food was amazing and was fairly easy to make, a deserved 5 stars.

absolutely brilliant course - all you do is choose a course, get given ingredients + a recipe (and videos on youtube) and just submit the photos of you cooking! thank you so much susannah :)

We booked our son on a 3 month cookery course with Egg & Soldiers as part of his Duke of Edinburgh. He has really enjoyed improving his cookery skills and we have enjoyed eating his dishes!! It has been great for him to have a new dish to cook once a week and to be able to do it from home following comprehensive instructions has been ideal. The support and encouragement Susannah has given him has been amazing and he has been very proud of his achievements.

This was a fabulous useful skill for the non sporty non musical child. The recipes were easy to follow and tasted great. Hopefully they won’t starve at uni now!
