Edinburgh New Town Cookery School Ltd

After completing their 3 month intermediate course, I've took on a carrier in a Michelin star restaurant in Edinburgh. The course prepared me to basic and more advanced cooking techniques and it had been a true life saviour for that environment. The teachers were incredibly competent and helpful, the grading included leadership and team building exercises that prepared me for my journey inside kitchens.

I got given a Veggie Fest Cookery Class as a birthday present, and I had a really wonderful time! The dishes were excellently chosen to use a range of skills and have a range of flavours, and our teacher, Colette, was wonderful - kind, generous, with excellent tips and interesting information about our food. I am also really grateful for Carol and Savannah for being so helpful and making sure everything ran really smoothly. Thank you!

Game Cookery course received as a birthday gift. Utterly enjoyable day; friendly, engaging tutors; interesting ingredients prepared and cooked in a sociable atmosphere. Lunch in the gracious dining-room was a highlight, not least because we'd prepared it ourselves. Containers filled with the fruits of our labours to bring home a real bonus. Great value for money. Am already dropping big hints to the family for a repeat visit early in the new year!

A well-run cookery school based in Edinburgh, Scotland. A wide range of different courses are available. You feel like "getting your chef on" as soon as you walk through the glass doors. All very professional and rewarding.

I attended a pasta making class here and it was great fun! The staff here were super friendly, had wonderful teaching skills and really knew their ravioli from their tagliatelle. And now thanks to their great class, so do I! It was a well prepared and structured class, the tutor shares lots of useful and practical hints and tips during the class.
