  • Tom is an excellent trainer, he has consistently helped me improve my posture, my condition, as well as helping me gain toning at a much faster pace than I could ever do on my own. I really like that he offers all around positive motivation, including tips for nutrition, and additional training. He helps me set and achieve goals that I cannot possibly achieve on my own. I also like that during the sessions he is completely focused on my training. Highly recommend him as a trainer !
