I started to train with Matt after having my second baby, I was very nervous because I was feeling very unfit and had never trained before. Matt settled my nerves and made me feel comfortable in the training room. He tailored the exercises to suit me and pushed me to push myself as far as I could. I first visited Matt around five months ago, I was the unfittest I have been in my life, struggling to do the things I enjoy like biking, football, running and keeping up with my kids. My goals were clear, shed some weight and become a lot stronger. Since we started with Matt's help, I live cleaner, I am stronger and I am losing weight... not only this but I feel happier in myself and truly believe in the positive effects diet and working out can have on your life.
