  • I booked a course with them for a Saturday and no one showed up at the location. When I contacted them on Monday morning they refused to refund or book again because the organisation said that the course was happening... A total lie! I was there a Saturday morning and no one was around, and they don't believe me. After posting a public review about this they contacted me to offer me a new date for the course with the condition of removing my review. You judge yourself how are these people.

The ease of viewing dates from multiple providers; the quick booking process and warm customer service make for the ideal solution for our company.   • The team are really friendly and go above and beyond when you require help. The online booking system is faultless and it does exactly what it says on the tin, it easy to book with them. There are so many different venues and dates to choose from it is like a one stop shop for all the courses you require and saves you having to look through many different websites.

  • I booked a course, paid for it and was then informed that it was fully booked and I would get a refund which would take around 3-5 days. This is pretty annoying in itself but was happy to wait for it. the 5 days came and they informed me that my refund had in fact been missed. Waited the 3-5 days again and was then informed again that it was missed. I then called and the woman was so rude on the phone.   • I've been using Easybook training for years. We run a nationwide business so book a lot. I can see all courses I've booked in the portal and the staff are quick to call me if anything has changed. Definitely recommend.
