I've been dealing with some serious stress lately as many of my colleagues are on vacations and that means more work for me. I usually use yoga to cope with it but this time around it was just too much so I decided to try squash as I heard it's the best way to relieve stress. To be honest the courts looked perfectly maintained and the people were very friendly but I just didn't like the game and after just 30 minutes I was off to my apartment.
I guess it's just not my type of sport.
