Signed up for a 7 day free trial and then £45 a month thereafter, heard nothing at all from Eagle Education other than an order confirmation and the order and subscription was removed from My Account with no message from them. I therefore sent them a message querying this as I was eager to test out their training to which they have replied saying my email address I use to sign up is invalid. It quite evidently isn't invalid given that they've managed to email me back on it... Really bad fir...

I had virtually no communication with eagle for over a year. Just pre-written computerised emails asking me to contact them. Very informal and not what i had expected from them. Spoke to my tutor once then never again, she made no real effort to assist/encourage me. Technically i am still on the course but because of the AAT course changing i only have until December 31st 2017 an realistically i am not going to be able to complete the work in time. It would of been nice to receive some help...

After 6 months or so I just gave up on the course to be honest because I didn't think I was going to go very far with such a lack of education in it. I didn't understand much of what I was reading. It would of been nice to receive help. However within the 12 months I only spoke to an actual human being on 1-2 occasion...

I have just completed my AAT Level 2 with Eagle. I was really pleased with their friendly and supportive approach which felt very personalised. The study materials are really accessible and in a variety of formats which makes it easier to take in, whatever your learning style. I am really pleased to continue my learning with Eagle and would highly recommend them for AAT courses.

I loved the way the course was laid out for me. The staff are so friendly and I could work at my own pace but there was enough of an incentive and the support was great so it really pushed me to get through the course. I would definitely recommend Eagle Education for online AAT courses. I have already told my friend and they are now going through their level 2 with them.
