  • I was missing HIIT workouts after lockdown finished and saw that E3 was offering a HIIT style 30 min session.   • I had been considering improving my fitness for a long time, but had been put off by a bad experience at another gym where I didn’t feel very welcomed. I had always felt that gyms weren’t for people like me but I bit the bullet and signed up with E3. At first I was a bit apprehensive but David by contrast couldn’t be more helpful and explains the reasoning behind the exercises and offers lots of encouragement. I have only started in May 2022 but already I am pleased with the results.

  • Came to see David last year after my second total knee replacement I was struggling with strength and mobility. Various exercise regimes and physio had not really helped. E3s progressive programme has transformed my leg strength,flexibility and general well-being.
