I would like to thank you Michelle for your guidance and explanation in helping me to try to understand the different aspects of meditation, especially the chakra meditation and the spirit animal meditation. Really loved the mediation session with Michelle. She explained the meditation process well and I liked that we focused on breath. Michelle's very soothing to listen to. I recommmed that you record a guided meditation!

Joined in on a virtual session on a day when all I wanted to do was crawl into bed, feotal position, and sleep. I was THAT spent! Michelle's breath work session was incredibly refreshing, relaxing, and exactly what I needed to release pent up stress and anxiety. It was only half an hour long but it was all I needed to come out feeling ready to face the world again. I have recommended her sessions to all my family and girlfriends.

Michelle is great at her meditation skills. I have attended her sessions on zoom as well as on clubhouse. She is very calm and listens to her clients. I always feel very calm and relaxed after her session. Best wishes to Michele
