Very engaging and exciting! I am currently on the Principles of Business Administration course and am enjoying the mixture of reading alongside interactive participation, videos and group discussions. Carlene makes the sessions very interesting and is very supportive. The course itself is very interesting, and is helping me understand the different roles of an administrator, the importance of social platforms for professionals and the execution of high quality customer service.
