He is amazing! Arrived on the same day that I called and within the predicted time window. He was friendly and ready to tell me about the various problems that two different locks were having. He was able to demonstrate why the current spindle was causing so many problems while also using the old knobs and spindle. He removed the blocked key bit from the other lock, explained the pin problems, re-keyed the lock and quickly made me a new set of keys.
