The gym facilities - pretty good. However the staff are a very mixed bag. You have got some really good PTs with loads of time and people skills....however the rest have no time for you what so ever, and they are rude beyond belief! If you don’t care about interaction and want to train, then this gym works for you...if you want a socially adept gym, give this a wide berth.

it's a great gym with fantastic classes, it's a shame they don't look after the members quite so well or update thier equipment. The pool is nice but there are times when the centre is dirty.

Awful gym! The standards are way below what should be expected for the price you pay. The pool is freezing, there is always one jacuzzi out of service, unclean gym, the sauna is filthy and falling apart and the changing rooms need a complete update. The atmosphere is unfriendly and most of the staff are unhelpful and unapproachable! Free day pass. Great facilities and up to date equipment. Decent pool, but not for the experienced swimmer, more of a leisure pool area. Great saunas. Nice staff and you can buy high protein food and shakes in the canteen. Prices are a bit too high, but this gym has everything you could dream of.

The facilities are great (when you get to use them) all the equipment is high quality however gym always seems to be very busy, I can understand it's a business but I would have thought they could control the amount of memberships sold. Only solid downside is the parking. You only get Max 3 hours so if you want to do a hard session then you get fined £60+ if you kick up a fuss they cancel the fine but it's a hell of alot of hassle.
