Duncan helped me more than achieve my goals after I had my second baby. He always motivates and shows up with a positive attitude. His work outs are never boring and he listens to what you want to achieve and tweaks his plans accordingly.

Duncan is a superb trainer. He’s extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating. I am pleased with the level of fitness he has helped me reach. I always look forward to our training sessions and to top it all off, he’s a genuinely nice guy who sincerely cares about his clients’ progress.

Duncan has totally sorted me out! I had so many bad habits and was repeatedly injuring myself in the gym due to bad technique. Duncan has corrected all the bad stuff and pushes me to my limits every week. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable PT.

I used DV Personal training for the online services offered during the lockdowns, and found Duncan to be a very competent P.T. His sessions were always on point, easy to follow, and never failed to get a good sweat going and leave me with the feeling of having achieved a great workout. He'll put you through your paces, but somehow knows where juuuust past your limit is. Which is where you want to be to see results. Definitely recommend.
