Thankyou to Ching for all he’s done , setting out a plan to correct my overbite which has been causing problems with my teeth , I’m quite sad I won’t be visiting again , he’s a very clever man with a gentle approach , and I’m eternally grateful to him

Took my pain away!....from reception to the proceedure to leaving ,everyone involved was simply fantastic!... Huge fear of getting a tooth out,but done there and then, quickly with no pain and my simple words are not enough to thank the team there for what they do!.

I went here to get a severe toothache looked at by the dental a&e team. A lovely 3rd year canadian student called Tianze was working on my dental problem and he could not have been more gentle and supportive of me as a patient with a bit of dental anxiety. His supervisor, Sarah was also really nice and explained fully what was going to happen beforehand. I had a small anxiety attack in the chair during a procedure and I was given plenty of time to sit and relax and drink water before the staf...

The dentist, trainee dentist and nurses who assisted with my surgery were so kind and lovely. They were amazing at keeping me calm and they were very professional and supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience especially as I felt very anxious about the surgery. They are amazing at what they do. Thank you!

These people are amazing beyond words. The phone staff were incredibly friendly and the 2 individuals who removed my molar were beyond professional. If all dentists were as kind and friendly as the people here then nobody would have a fear of the dentist. It really surprises me that they have no means of receiving donations for the amazing work they do.

I have had a fear of dentists most of my life. I was seen by Dr heffernan, she put me as ease straight away. Due to health issues I had to have all my teeth out, she was the one that did this over a period of time. I have new faith in dentists especially dr heffernan. All I can say is she is brilliant so friendly and definitely knows her stuff. Thank you for all you have did for me 🙏
