I started sessions with Dan several years ago and cannot rate him highly enough. I do Pilates but wanted additional exercises to keep me reasonably fit. Dan helps you to push yourself but not to bursting point. As an older woman I am able to do exercises I never thought possible. Dan is a fun, dedicated and an encouraging trainer, If you’re looking for a Fitness Trainer Try Dan you won’t regret it.

I’ve been working out with Dan with for a few years now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m stronger and fitter than ever. The sessions are great at keeping me motivated and set new fitness goals. I would highly recommend DS 121 Fitness. I have been training with them for several years and I do a mix of home, studio and online sessions. Dan is an excellent PT - he ensures that the sessions are varied, interesting, challenging and targeted to meet my goals. The studio has a great selection of equipment and it's lovely being in a private studio, just you and the PT. So much more enjoyable than being in a public gym. Dan is really easy to get along and makes working out fun.

I have been training with Dan for sometime, not only does he keep me motivated, each week is different so it's never boring. Dan's training its at the next level of fitness training. The studio is well equipped & very clean.
