Drum Lessons Folkestone

Harry is a fantastic music teacher! My 12 year old son is on the beginners course and he is loving learning the drums with Harry. Harry is an exceptional drummer but also patient and kind and makes learning fun! I asked my son to describe Harrys lessons in 5 words and he said “cool, amazing 10/10 and talented” a lovely repose from a reluctant learner. I would highly recommend Harry for anyone young or old wanting to learn or develop as a drummer.

My 12 yr old thoroughly enjoys his hour slot with Harry teaching him drums. Harry’s teaching techniques and relaxed manner are very empowering and encouraging. My child has previously had lessons elsewhere and got to grade 3, but this wasn’t in a creative way, more perfunctory. Harry’s approach has given my child a renewed sense of magic in music and my child is drumming all the time, he is now ever more eager to learn and practice at home. My 7 yo daughter had a taster session and Harry was fantastic with her throughout. He encouraged her and involved her in everything during the session. She loved it so much we have booked the beginners course. Again, Harry has been wonderful with her and she is enjoying every minute of the course. We are a non musical family and she is progressing very well and has confidently learnt 5 drum beats so far.

Really recommend Harry for learning to play the drums. Harry is a fun and interactive teacher. He teaches both my kids and he is able to adapt the lesson to their levels. They really enjoy learning with Harry, especially when he shows them what a great drummer he is - its really inspiring for them!

Harry is a brilliant drummer and an amazing teacher. He's great at providing a host of tips and tricks to enable you to overcome any stumbling blocks you encounter, and he always keeps things fresh. His patience is to be applauded too - and I say this as a 'mature' learner who continually struggles to find time to practice what I've been taught. Couldn't recommend Harry highly enough.
