Kamila's Mindfulness Retreat was so fulfilling. I have never experienced anything like it, the group of ladies were very welcoming and I felt comfortable the whole day. Kamila delivered different guided meditations, read very insightful poems and cooked a lovely lunch for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this 1 day retreat, or any other retreats on offer.

I've attended a Silent Sunday and a 2-day Retreat. Both were very relaxing and eye-opening, and Kama's calm and friendly presence added much to the experience. I've just booked onto another Silent Sunday and am considering other services that Kama offers. If you are interested in learning more about mindfulness or being supported by a life coach, Kama is very much recommended.
