First time here but I am super happy with the grooming and wash! Ellie did a superb job tidying up from a previous groom gone weird, and my dog was calm and relaxed when I picked her up. Ellie also provided lots of info on how the session went, which is really appreciated. Also recommend the extra tooth care treatment. The place was a little hidden to find but they send lots of reminders and info well in advance to be sure which is helpful.

After noticing various of my neighbours’ doodles/cockapoos looking so nice and smart post-groom in the Bow area, just had to take Alfie to Ellie to get some smartening up! Alfie always looks so nice and handsome after. She’s amazing with him and he is happy and calm with her. I am super impressed by the ultrasonic tooth clean! Ellie managed to get stains off from Alfie’s molars and his teeth gets so white after. Well worth the 20 pound investment to maintain his teeth and gum health!

Ellie was great with Betsy gave her a great groom had a few matted bits to sort out and found a couple of grass seeds one in the paw and the other under the from arm pit. Removed them and did some antiseptic treatment to the shaved area. Betsy was on her best behaviour apparently and did not need many treats to keep her relaxed. I put this all down to Ellie who phoned to get the OK to go shorter on some of the mats. This is Betsy looking relaxed after.

Fantastic groom! Gracie is an old dog and it was a VERY hot day, the groomer did an amazing job in a short space of time as we didn't want to keep her on the table for too long. Very impressed. She's never look this good! thank you xx Will 100% be back

I'm really happy about Ellie's work! My dog is kind of an anxious one especially when I'm not around and that was his first time. I didn't know much what to expect, neither about my dog's behaviour nor the result. Turns out he's been very docile and came out so happy and beautiful, I fell in love again with him ! Thank you Ellie, we'll be back for sure !
