Fran from Donnelly’s Dog Services was amazing from the very first conversation. She advised us and really helped us to build an even better relationship with our new puppy, Dobby. Some of the tips and tricks she gave us really enabled us to better understand and communicate with Dobby. Very impressed with Fran all round. Acted very professionally and made my dog and myself feel very comfortable. Plus my dog was happy to be around her. Went to her for some extra help and support with some basic training. Does exactly as advertised and helped to build more of a relationship positively with my dog.
