Happened to be staying near Haywards Heath when I seized an opportunity to attend a seminar hosted by Don. The seminar was a 3 hour analysis of the close quarter combat kata Naihanchi which by the way I’d never heard off let alone practised. I have attended a number of seminars hosted by Sensei Don Came and can say he is one of the best practical karate practitioners I’ve had the pleasure to learn from. His approach to teaching is excellent and he communicates at an individual level ensuring what he is teaching is understood. I highly recommend either attending one of his seminars or if you live on the south coast then go to his dojo in Eastbourne.

Until joining Don Came's online classes I hadn't trained with Don or in his style of Karate, but thought I'd have a look, and was very glad I did. Don explains, and shows, all the moves and techniques clearly, at a pace that is easy to follow, but doesn't become boring. Great to be taught by a martial artist who as well as being very skilled and dedicated, is open and accomplished at conveying his art to others.
