Donna is an amazing PT and would recommend to anyone. Having tried both classes and PT sessions both are enjoyable, fun and push you within your fitness goals. A good place to go to if you don’t like the typical busy gym as never over crowded and members help and support each other. Donna was really friendly and welcoming when I first joined and now feel comfortable exercising and gaining confidence lifting weights!

Been having couples PT weight training with Donna for a year now at DLS. Service is absolutely second to none. Support is there and such a friendly bunch who go there. Results are fantastic in such a short time. Highly recommend

I absolutely love going to this gym for so many reasons such as, it’s women’s only and the women that go are so supportive, Donna is always there if you have any questions or need that extra support and motivation boost, it’s not a normal gym so you are made to feel comfortable and the regular check ins keep me motivated. I 100% recommend this gym.

After years of fad diets and exercise whims, I finally found DLS Fitness and have not only improved my strength, fitness and mental wellbeing, but also enjoy the social side of a woman's only gym! Highly recommended Donna! 🤩

I highly recommend DLS Fitness. Donna is a great PT and the group sessions are really good - everyone in the group encourages & supports each other. Donna gets results! As well as the sessions, she helps with dietary advice and keeps in touch to check on how you are getting on. Donna is more than your normal PT.
