I had an enjoyable time learning basic DIY skills in a session led by knowledgable friendly experts. I cannot recommend it highly enough for people who are daunted by tasks which may look difficult. The DIY Skills Academy takes the worry out of home improvement in a classroom-based setting, and is a must for those who wish to develop their skills base.

Jack was a great teacher & Caren was on hand to help pre & post DIY course. Both very helpful pleasant people who were so friendly and taught us with a patient understanding that all abilities can understand. Would recommend for all age groups 👍🏻 Jane G

I’ve just done the level 1 course after realising I have been useless at home DIY for ever. The course covered the initial tool basics very well and then we got onto practical tasks very quickly where we got to repeat things a lot. I think repetition is key to a lot of DIY tasks when learning and building confidence. Jack explained the tasks and processes very well and was always on hand to help and advise.
