  • I have been working with Cathy in either classes or 1-1 sessions for over a year now. I struggled with sciatica, and a general tightness in my lower back. I then had a micro-discectomy in July 2018 and have come back to yoga this year. Cathy's focused classes have really helped with my flexibility, control and core strength. I'd really recommend Cathy - she listens, and she specifically tailors exercises to me given my back restrictions and that gives me comfort that I'm in safe hands.

  • Having taken up yoga only recently to help with stress and anxiety issues I can honestly say it has helped immensely. Cathy is such a skilled and adaptable instructor and really takes your needs into account when designing the sessions. You do feel a little self conscious when you start but Cathy is great at reassuring you and helping you out - everything is delivered with your needs in mind.   • Really enjoyed 'The Yoga Retreat' held on Sunday 28 April, at Oakley Hall Hotel. I felt indulged,pampered and relaxed by the end of the day, which was in part due to the delicious food provided by the hotel (plenty of variety for lunch and the day ended with tea and delicious cakes!), but mostly due to Cathy of course.   • Cathy has done an amazing job of helping my bad back and shoulders. After our first 1:1 I could feel the difference. The pain in my upper arms appears to have gone and my shoulders have so much more mobility. The weekly yoga classes have also been hugely beneficial.   • I've been practicing yoga on and off for several years now and find massive benefit in terms of physical & mental wellbeing. I've experienced many yoga teachers over the years and Cathy is definitely in my top 3! Her clear guidance and expert knowledge helps you to feel relaxed and safe in the movements you're making - especially new ones! She is a fantastic yoga teacher who delivers one of the best classes I've attended.
