I carried out the online "Level 2 Award In Instructing Studio Cycling". The course was easy to follow and the instructions were very clear. Diverse were always at the end of the phone to help when I had questions. One thing that really impressed me was that they picked-up the phone within 3 rings every single time, something that you just don't find these days.
