Absolutely apalling service. My partner's mother has carers paid by direct payments which are supposed to be managed by these clowns at Diverse. They simply ignore all email requests for information, go against payment rates that they themselves set and over Christmas have refused to pay staff because hours worked details were not received on time, yet they refuse to replay to requests asking when the cut off date is! Very bad advocacy. They claim they are "diverse" but when it comes to disabilities, they're far from it. They should at least have a basic understanding but they have literally no understanding at all. They don't visit people, it's an online service only. They didn't do anything for many months or even email me and when i had to ask the council lady, she managed to get in contact with this advocacy and they lied to the council saying that they were going to a meeting with me (there was no me...

Rubbish service They wont help me fill up an ESA form which they had done in the past and just ended the call with we work more with young children now. Discusting service they just wanted to close my records asap. Maive was the only good one there and since she left the rest of the staff are useless. When i asked that they helped me compleate it previous, they said the lady must have done it as a favour. They just cant be bothered. Not worth even 1 star

Not paid PA wages even though the employer told the incompetence support worker that they were going on holiday, have to wait for another four weeks before getting paid. Not worth one star
