Wow! What can I say? Naomi has been amazing on my fitness journey. I completed the 6 week challenge and my results were amazing. I hadn’t done any sort of exercise or eating healthy for years and Naomi has changed my outlook on everything. I feel so much fitter and healthier. I am carrying on my fitness journey with Naomi. She is a great coach always pushing you and making sure you’re doing things right. Very friendly and professional.

Naomi has been fantastic these past 6 weeks. Not only have I lost weight, lots of inches, and starting to define muscle, I've built confidence and made so many new friends. I look forward to training. Naomi has taught us that we can eat so much food, and not limit ourselves in order to lose weight. Naomi puts you at ease during training and helps with any issues you may have. I can't wait to see what the future brings!!!

I have just finished my 6 week transformation challenge with Naomi and I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I have just completed the 6 week BodyBlast challenge with Naomi. I have lost cm’s off my body and toned already. Naomi’s coaching and support during sessions and on line through the Facebook group and messaging has been amazing. Really good training sessions,allowing you to push yourself to your own limits. Every session is different, but all helps develop your strength and fitness. No pressure to push yourself further than you physically can, and the group we train with are all very friendly, supportive and willing to push that little bit harder.
