After a rigid 6 week program with Mohammed, I have started to see results helping me to gain 2kg in lean mass. Mohammed did not just help me with my training and discipline in the gym, rather he influenced me to administer it into my daily life. When i first started training i was very weak and lacked confidence. It was virtually impossible for me to gain weight or improve my strength but since i started training with Mohammed i have felt great and i have also seen huge improvements within my self.
