I have been going to Sam for sports massage over the last 2 months. During the last 20 years I have used various practitioner's such as osteopaths, physiotherapists and so on. Sam really knows what she is doing and I am really impressed with her knowledge and attention. She is full of great advice and has helped motivate me with my training. For the past month I have been training with Samantha and I am amazed at how far I have come in such a short space of time. The best thing is that I enjoy every minute of it! I have been using Dilly's during the last year and although my main goal was just to get fit and eat healthy, that translated in me losing 14kg! Sam is a great motivator, and great at adapting exercises o your particular level, she will keep challenging you even when you think you have reached your maximum. I am super fit compared to a year and a half ago but she keeps finding interesting exercises for me.
