I have trained with Gil during my stay in Cornwall (7 weeks) and this has been one of the highlight of the trip for me. Gil took his time to understand what I wanted to achieve, tested how my body reacted to different type of exercises and was always making sure I would get the most out of each sessions. Staying in Cornwall only for a few short months and finding Gil has meant it's going to be 10x harder to leave. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Working with a personal trainer can sometimes seem daunting - you never know quite what to expect and if the chemistry is off it just won't work but Gil put us at ease from the very first time we spoke. I'm really glad to have found Difference Fitness, after a recommendation from a friend who shared very similar feelings towards exercise as I do, which is avoidant!! Gil is a fantastic trainer. Not only does he know and understand the mechanics of the human body, he makes each training experience interesting and tailored directly to my needs. I have seen my fitness levels change dramatically. I'm fitter now than I was 10 years ago. I had a bout of sciatica and Gil helped me with it because he understood how the sciatic nerve impacts on other parts of the body and incorporated specific and targeted exercises into my programme.

Gil has an amazing ability to tune into my physical needs and my mental needs drawing on his professional expertise adjusting my workouts accordingly for each session. I find my time with Gil really rewarding, leaving me feeling energised both inside and out.
