Didi is amazing - I cannot recommend her enough! I worked with Didi on my pandemic weight gain and lack of motivation thereof to lose it initially (even though I used to be pretty active pre-pandemic). If you are looking for a professional, knowledgable and on top a genuinely inspirational and motivating personal trainer/coach, you will not find anyone better than Didi. Highly recommend!! An hour with Didi is the best way to wake up in the morning. Her positive attitude and tailored workouts help me get my mind and body ready for the day. Over the last two years of working with Didi I have learned so much about exercise, whole body health and my own mental wellbeing.
