Dianne Thompson Piano Lessons

Dianne is very professional teacher who has taught me for 7 years, each lesson with Dianne has been enjoyable and my knowledge and ability has grown exponentially thanks to her tutelage and she is always able to put me at ease whilst I'm learning thanks to Dianne’s friendly personality. Dianne has an encouraging style of teaching that got me learning lots of different styles of music. All in all I'd thoroughly recommend Dianne.

I have been a mature student of Dianne’s for the past few years. I have passed my Grade 5 practical and my Grade 5 Theory and am now working towards my Grade 6 practical. Dianne is a very patient teacher and tailors the lessons to your learning ability. I would definitely recommend Dianne as a very professional teacher.

Dianne is very patient with my boys. She is an excellent piano teacher with very effective teaching methods for various age groups. My son has recently gained a Distinction in Grade 5 Music Theory and this is a credit to Dianne's teaching. Both my boys are continuously developing their piano skills with Dianne. I highly recommend her.

Dianne took me as a beginner in Primary 5 and guided me all the way through to completion of Grade 8. I couldn’t have asked for better tuition and her incorporation of music theory alongside the playing gave me a holistic and comprehensive set of skills that still serve me well in my piano playing today.
