Emma and her husband were both brilliant. We had our puppies microchipped from them. They have explained everything very well, handled the puppies with love and care and the pups never felt a thing. What was really appreciated by us was that they were available in short notice as we were let down by our local pet services that never turned up on scheduled and confirmed appointment.
