Having Dharvin help me has given me the confidence to continue, especially as I have never been in a gym before. Dharvin tailors my training to my goals and help with my back which I have problems with. I have always gone to the gym thinking I know best but Dharvin has show me so much more than I have ever known E.g a simple bench press, Dharvin has shown me to position myself better and lift lighter and slower and the result are showing.
