I have just completed my first 6 week program and it feels great. I play a niche sport and my main goal is to get fitter to improve my performance. Dean has taken the time to understand what I need for my particular sport and created a tailored program. He is great at encouraging me to progress and the sessions are hard but very rewarding. I am definitely getting noticeably stronger and I am looking forward to the next 6 weeks.

I have really been enjoying my sessions at DH Training Club. Dean provides a professional and friendly service. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know your goals. I have enjoyed being introduced to exercises I wouldn't pick up on my own. He's a great PT who makes me feel at ease with what I am doing, but knows how to push me out of my comfort zone.

Dean’s services are great. He really knows his stuff, and puts in a lot of time and effort to personalise a plan to your workout/health goals and what you want to achieve. I’ve been seeing Dean for about a month and I cannot recommend him enough! I have tried other personal trainers in the past but none have stuck.
