Great training with Dimitar. I've gotten a lot stronger but more than that- thanks to Dimitar I understand how to make the most out of a workout. Absolutely recommend!

I really enjoy my training time with Dimitar! We started training outdoors a year ago during lockdown, and haven't looked back – he quickly gave me a structure to help me achieve my goals much more easily, and for the first time I've seen a real difference, not only in physical fitness and strength, but mental health too. He's always tuned into my different needs at each session, and knows just how much and when to push me. Highly recommended!

I mean “WOW” is a small statement to make. Dimitar is super passionate about his work and he transfers that positivity to his clients which makes training fun, effective and motivating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Best trainer in London! Dimitar is a great, his commitment to his clients is next level. He helped me get out of a training rut and gain more confidence and a whole lot of strength in the gym - starting with basics that grew to visible results. His busy client schedule speaks for itself! You will get results with DGPT. Dimitar, lead trainer at DGPT, has transformed my body with a 7kg loss. I entered the programme a body shy Bridget Jones type and now I’m comfortable wearing a bikini and form fitting dresses. I feel good in my healthy body and that’s what it is all about. This is how we did it. We trained 1-2 per week for six months with combination of weight, circuit and boxing exercises at the gym and outside.
