This was my first experience in using a Personal Trainer and I don't think I could have chosen better. Kay is a very professional Personal Trainer who looks after her clients really well, including giving nutritional advice & support. She has made me a diet plan and exercise regime that suits my lifestyle and also my current physical condition. I would highly recommend getting Kay as your PT and thank you for everything you have done for me.

I have now been training with Kay since beginning of the year (2018) & this is the longest time I have ever spent with one trainer. The reason being Kay makes training fun, whereas previously I have had to force myself now I actually look forward to it. Kay constantly monitors my progress adjusting the programme which adds much needed variety. I thoroughly recommend this very dedicated lady to anyone.

I go to Kay's Monday evening class at Westerfield. It's a fun and friendly. I have definitely benefited from the total body workout.

I’ve used Kay for a little while now and have felt my physical fitness improve so much! I was looking for a trainer to boost up my physical fitness levels so I could run further and faster and just feel healthier. Kay has definitely helped me achieve my goals and now I am able to set new ones, which I will continue to carry out with Kay. Kay is super friendly and really knows what she is doing - 10/10 recommend.
