  • I had a series of brilliant sessions with Dan, doing a wide variety of exercises. Having his expertise and dedicated guidance was great, helping me get the right techniques and training in a safe way. Definitely got fitter and enjoyed the sessions too, totally recommend training with Dan.

  • Dan did sessions for both of my teenage daughters - one for general fitness and the other for boxing. He was brilliant at encouraging and motivating them. They both enjoyed their sessions even though he pushed them to their limits. It made them realise they could go further and do more than they thought possible not just physically but mentally. It boosted their self-belief and self- confidence. I can highly recommend Desmond Fitness.
