Such a good club. Every single member is welcoming and also a little demanding at times. Well, very demanding.... but that’s what I go for. Denise and her team are ‘top notch’ 😁 Would recommend to anyone at any level of fitness/ability.

Great friendly gym, very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Returned to kickboxing after 15 years and so glad I did! Daughter also loving it. Highly recommended.
