  • I am not an exercise lover and often as the day goes by make excuses as to why I cant go to a class or the gym after work or later on in the evening. The boot camp classes early in the morning are really good for me as I just set my alarm and get up and go and its exercise out of the way before the day even begins.   • I've been attending Dave's Thursday boot camp sessions for the past few weeks and although I never saw myself as someone who would enjoy working out at 6:30 am in the dark and all weathers it's actually really good fun! Dave is a great trainer, knows his stuff and knows how to motivate us and tailor the sessions for all levels of ability.   • Dave is a great trainer and I am really enjoying his boot camp sessions at Freedom fields park. I have been attending these twice a week for the past few weeks and I am already seeing great results! Dave is considerate to each individual in the group but also pushes everyone to give they're all.

  • Dave took my main goals and broke them down into smaller, achievable chunks which were easier to work towards and hit. His methods and encouraging character motivated me further. After 12 weeks I have made excellent progress and I will definitely carry on using him for the foreseeable future as I know he will get me where I want to be.
