Very poor quality and not be buying them again boots rubbing and could not refund money back

Good walking boots. Wellington boots aren't fit for purpose and don't last the year, warranty is only half the year conveniently ends when the boots fall apart.

Have been waiting for my wellies (which were a birthday present from October) for just over two months, will be contacting customer service in the morning regarding compensation or refund as this is getting silly now.

Good service dog friendly and good boots

Very very poor quality wellington boots fell apart within one month customer service useless, then very very rude would not accept the product was faulty, yet we were informed they had recalled the product due to clue issue. The shop we purchased have said they will no longer stock as they are not interested in resolving tge issue.
