Debbie has a great set up and is helping me get back into lifting after a couple of years off due to injury. I’ve enjoyed my sessions from day one and I can feel the difference in confidence and strength growing each week which is really motivating. I would highly recommend Debbie as a PT. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. She provides me with a tailored program and really helps keep me motivated and accountable throughout each week. I came to Debbie after 18 months of lockdown and explained that I didn't have confidence to go to a public gym, and wanted to balance lifting weights to gain strength while still being able to run/cycle/swim. over 8+ weeks I've seen an improvement in strength, posture, and it gives me something to look forward to. Debbie is really flexible when it comes to having to move a PT session because of a meeting, and plans lighter load sessions to coincide with race events.

Debbie is a great trainer with an amazing private gym. She is very down to earth and very supportive. I was nervous of going as I have knee issues and have lost confidence in the gym. Debbie targeted the exercises to strengthen my body and my muscles to support my knee and it’s really work. She makes me feel so comfortable and love her sessions.
