This was my first visit here and it was a positive experience. Making an appointment was straightforward. Manner in which I was dealt with was professional and also in a friendly way. Procedure was explained and I could see what was to be done and also afterwards, what had been done . End result , superb !

Still waiting for my Level 6 final exam to be scheduled two years later. Paid two years ago. One of their staff told me it was a shame I was disabled. Staff completely ignore emails/calls. Absolutely shocking treatment of students. Still waiting for my money back. Martin, the leader of the company, has ignored my attempts at contact for over a year, fobbing me off with ‘I’ll be in touch.’ Still waiting, Martin!
