  • I wanted to start 2023 in a positive way, so decided to sign up for The Fresh Start Challenge with DBM Fitness, and for me , it was the best start to my year. The challenge focused on strength and cardio exercises and an increase in daily steps, reading self-help literature, 2 new activity challenges, meditation and achieving an overall feeling of well-being. There was a weekly Zoom call with other challenge members, lead by Andy, to discuss our progress etc. The challenge finished on 12.2.23...

  • Andy is an excellent trainer who truly understands both the mental and physical side of building fitness. He has tailored a plan to fit my needs and is happy to adjust and change where necessary to ensure I get the most out of each session.

  • Andy was recommended to me for general fitness, and to help my improvement at golf, and that has been a great recommendation. Andy has a good eye for detail, and explains clearly how the various exercises should be performed for best benefit, and introduces new and more challenging exercises as progress is made. After 9 months I feel fitter, and the golf ball is going further and straighter (most of the time!) - who says you can't improve at golf in your seventies!

  • I was keen to keep fit during my second pregnancy. Andy was brilliant at tailoring exercise for the whole time and got me back to my pre first baby weight afterwards too! I can't thank him enough. I thoroughly recommend him as a PT.

  • I would highly recommend Andy Hart Personal Training. Andy has just helped me on my mission to "Shed it to wed it" . With personal workouts and endless motivation, I have lost almost 1.7st in 2 months.
